Agency Law Changes January 1, 2005
11/1 -- On Aug. 5, 2004 Governor Bob Taft signed into law Senate Bill 106. This bill, which was the top legislative initiative of the Ohio Association of REALTORS, modifies several key areas of Ohio's real estate license law.
