FRAUD ALERT
LoCAR has received a report of attempted seller impersonation fraud in our area. The person has a heavy accent and has called from (262) 688-4116 phone number posing as the owner of the property, demanding that it be listed immediately. The name they use matches the name of the owner of record. READ MORE
REQUIRED NAR Code of Ethics Training for the Current Cycle
As you know ... the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) requires all REALTORS® to complete Code of Ethics training within a specific time frame. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by NAR. The current ends December 31, 2024. READ MORE
