The O&M program is an Ohio Department of Health State mandated-unfunded program that all Health Districts are expected to develop. The LCPH has been working on a new database to document the private HSTS in the County and their components. This inclusive database will be available for public use very soon. All homeowners in Lorain County with private household sewage treatment systems will be enrolled in the program and be receiving an O&M bill in 2024.
